Abstract
El neurofibrosarcoma es un tumor raro que incluye la grasa, los músculos, los tendones, los nervios, el tejido fino sinovial, los vasos sanguíneos y que puede .. presentarse de un neurofibroma preexistente, asociado generalmente a la neurofibromatosis tipo 1 (el cual implica cambios en el gene NFI), en el cual hasta 16% de pacientes demuestran el cambio sarcomatoso en el neurofibroma.
