Abstract
Se presenta caso viñeta con hallazgos imagenológicos y microscópicos del frotis Gram de una paciente inmunosuprimida con cuadro pulmonar.
La nocardiosis puede presentarse a nivel pulmonar, del sistema nervioso central, de forma diseminada o cutánea.
La forma pulmonar es primo infección en 2/3 de los casos.
