Abstract
El dacriocistocele congénito es una anomalía infrecuente, conocida también como dacriocele, mucocele, amniotocele o quiste del saco lagrimal, que se debe a una inflamación masiva del saco lagrimal no infecciosa, producida por obstrucción funcional de la porción distal por incompetencia de la válvula de Rosenmüller.
